In the context of the Holy and Great Council, prayer is one of our main responsibilities as Christians.

In this video, Fr. Raphael Noica talks about unity starting from Psalm 132(133):1.

Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! (Psalm 133:1)

Also, he gives us a quote of Fr. Sophrony, one that he often said:

I am a man who loved the beauty. Why do people hate me so?

That beauty of union is not just to live together, it is about that fraternity that leads to that unity that makes all the people who lived, live and will live on Earth as one single man.

We are invited to pray for that unity to be made manifest among the participants at the Holy and Great Council that will take place in Crete in June 2016.
