An Arab proverb says that who sweetly speaks can breastfeed even lions.
In order to have the blessing of God we have to confess often and go to Church often.
Pray without ceasing, “Lord Jesus Christ have mercy on me! Most Holy Theotokos, save us!”
Fast on Wednesdays and Fridays without oil and on other days that the Holy Church establishes.
When we have the blessing of our spiritual father, to commune with the Body and Blood of our Lord, as often as we can.
Read the Holy Scriptures, even a little bit each day.
We should do at least a little charity towards a poor family…”
